The Arcadia Rodeo Association is thrilled to welcome back the Ultimate Bullfighters for the 6th time to the Mosaic Arena with Professional Rodeo Announcer Robert “Blue” Jeanes—a bullfighting veteran and former member of Arcadia Rodeo’s cowboy protection team for 20 years.
